Ada Lovelace Centre Programme

The Ada Lovelace Centre programme is driven by the facilities, the facilities users and the scientific computing challenges faced to analyse, interpret and manage experimental data from the STFC large facilities.

We primarily engage with the facilities on their priority science cases, user cases or strategic goals to help shape the programme.

We welcome and actively seek to engage with facility user communities. Their insights are invaluable in refining our programs and platforms, as well as identifying new opportunities for scientific computing to drive cutting-edge research.

PhD Studentships with the Ada Lovelace Centre

Our joint-funded PhD programme provides allows students to share their time between universities and the Ada Lovelace Centre, getting first hand experience working on challenges of UK science facilities.
